The Center offers the following services:
OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Consulting Psychiatrist and Psychologist - Appointments are scheduled through a therapist for psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring.
24-Hour Crisis Line is available seven days a week. |

SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND PREVENTION PROGRAM SERVICES Prevention Programs are available to community groups, churches, schools, professional groups, etc. to increase awareness of alcohol/drug abuse, teenage depression, teen pregnancy, AIDS, teen suicide, and parenting. Professional staff provide useful information for recognizing the signs and symptoms in the early stages before serious health, personal, and school/work problems occur. |

DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES
Respite Care Services provide up to 24 hours of care in the individual’s home, a licensed day care, or a residential setting to allow families or caregivers a break from the extra responsibilities of caring for a person with special needs. Respite care alternatives also give persons with a developmental disability a vacation from family or caregiver while being involved in new life experiences. To insure successful respite placement, arrangements must be made at least two months in advance.
Community Support Services provide a customized array of support services to children and adults who reside with their families or in a home of their own. Center staff can assist individuals to obtain supports and skills needed to live as independently as possible. Individuals may make appointments for services to accommodate their schedules.
Special Olympics, sponsored by The Center since 1972, offers many official sports such as track and field, basketball, softball, bowling, volleyball, bocce ball, equestrian, and wheelchair events. |

VOCATIONAL SERVICES AND JOB PLACEMENT
ADMISSION CRITERIA: Services are provided for individuals aged 16 or older who have a disabling condition that affects their ability
Job Placement Services are provided for those who need assistance with the job search, interviewing, and training phases of employment.
Supported Employment Services are available for those who may need the assistance of a Job Coach in adjusting to the demands of employment. The Job Coach can provide job training support both on and off the job site to assist with issues such as job skills training, communication, transportation, job modifications and/or job adaptations.
